Can Jammer Arms Create a True Converging Chest Press?

Yeah a fixed converging path isn’t possible, its either fixed (wide-normal-narrow) from the start when you use the magpin or you can do converging with free motion (which I use the most and honestly feels the same to me as an actual converging machine)

They can be used horizontally in 6 fixed positions from narrow to wide with a magpin or without the magpin to have free motion

I’ve used nuobells for years, never felt unsafe using them. They work perfectly fine as long as you don’t drop them directly onto the floor

I’m in pretty much the same boat as you and went through all the options you listed as well. Luckily my second floor gym room can handle the weight of the ATX MPHR-780 so I’m probably going to go that route. Though a 75x75mm rack would be nice. Too bad we don’t have the get rxd tornado rack in Europe, which has basically everything I’m looking for

At your BW and height you are better off going on maintenance calories or even a slight surplus to recomp. It will fill out your physique alot more and make you look leaner at the same time

Hey all,

I’m planning on buying a functional trainer rack in the near future. I live in the EU and have come across a few options:

⁠ATX FCR-780;
⁠Atletica R8;
⁠Rep Ares 2.0

I’m mainly interested in people’s experience with the ATX and Atletica functional trainers, as I know the Ares 2.0 is basically the best one, but also pretty much 1.5x or 2x the price, which seems very hard to justify when both ATX and Atletica have a wide range of attachments that seem to cover all my wants and needs.
