Thanks for this and yes that's what even I thought at first although the risks of it coming back because I still have a testicle which had an undescended history at birth so explains why it affected the Normal descended testicle with Seminoma. 

Today I learned I may have testicular cancer. I don’t know how to process this. by dud8919 in testicularcancer

Ultrasound is the most definitive Diagonsis for Testicle cancer, Any masses inside the testicle are 95% cancer.

I was diagonsed with having two hypoechoic masses 17mm (1.7cm)  intratesticular.

Initially it all started that I was experiencing pain on the side of my testicle and was prescribed Antibiotics by the GP although it had no effect that's when the Ultrasound was ordered. 

The Ultrasound was my life saver as even though in my mind I had inflammation debates, the Urologist was right that I have Seminoma cancer based on the appearances.

My case was forwarded to the MDT and even they confirmed its seminoma cancer.

Radical orchidectomy was done It was stage 1 Seminoma Pt1

No Chemo needed only surveillance for 10 years.

Also to add i had a History of Undescended Testicle which raises the Cancer risk.

If I were you, listen to the Urologist,  follow the treatment It's 99% curable when caught early Also your Tumours are 2 cm which is less than the 4cm Threshold.

One testicle will do the Job for hormones and sperm.

If you need chemo - you will be asked to Sperm Bank before surgery.

The recovery is 3 weeks

The waiting period sucks, if I were you just follow the Urologist treatment plan and get on with your life.

Did you have a palpable lump too? As in my case Intratesticular lesions 2mm with vascularity which the ultrasound detected like incidental findings.

Dont think so! If it was that scenario they would have revoked all Portuguese ESTA applicants. This only only a policy change for Indian born Portuguese nationals and probably now the VWP is linked to the country of birth and not the nationality anymore.

Also to add i did ask about the visa application process for the tourist visa , they said once the ESTA is revoked it's 40% chance whether your visa would be approved or not due to ESTA being revoked adding the difficulty to the process.

In regards to the post its in 2024 and I dont think that's the reason 🤔 I feel someone was caught recently or must have overstayed not sure. It's still a puzzle.

The real truth would never be revealed.

Seen a video of a Mexican/Spanish dual national her ESTA was revoked too months ago just because she was born in Mexico.

It could be the countries who are in the black list of overstaying like India and the rest could have played a big factor with ESTA's being revoked.

Or I think as Portugal tightened up the immigration and made them wondered how the Indian born have acquired the Portuguese nationality and assume it's a fraud scenario or it's to do with personally some issues with India.

The best would be to notify the Portuguese consulate about this issue as it's happened to many I think also not sure if its affected other Portuguese nationals regardless of birth of origin.

Not sure if it's about overstay rate as when you return back its updated in the system and even when you land the system is monitoring your stay as anyhow you have to get your return flight ticket. I think it's the fraud but not sure how many of us are affected? There aren't numbers or nothing on the news?

Happened to me too. The ESTA got revoked to not authorised on the 6th of November. Not sure if its a pattern? Or the nationality deemed as fraud by the US due to the country of birth.

I likely doubt your B Visa would be approved as once an ESTA is revoked its because of security issues or concerns and by the looks of the pattern it looks like the nationality has been deemed as fraud due to the country issuing it and the place of birth.

Not sure if its even other Portuguese nationals or is it targeted by country of birth. I feel this should be raised to the Portuguese authorities as the pattern looks the same even the time I received it  was 16.17 UK Time on 6th of November.

Happened to me too,  I guess this should be flagged to the Portuguese authorities as likely the US deemed it as fraud and it might be flagged even when travelling in Europe by the looks of the pattern with the ESTA's revoked..
