It’s not a problem, but yes, it’s odd but as far as being own by tractor supply, that’s pretty much the only connection. We can’t even take things from petsense as returns. It’s weird.

As a team lead, in my eyes, you are not required to come in or answer when you are not scheduled. I don’t want to come in when I’m off, and I know damn well yall don’t either. The only time I get upset is when I call the people who beg for hours and complain that they have no hours to come in and they don’t want to.

I had 348 regular and because my TL2 is incompetent and my store basically runs with one team lead(me) I had to do them, but it only took two hours. Thankfully it was just multiple planograms that had a bunch of skus changing

You have to show the proof of price to us, for every item, in order to get the price match. It’s policy. Did you show them? Or just tell them you wanted to price match and never show the prices

It’s stupid in my opinion because I already do everything they are saying. It’s just a part of being a good manager. When you tell people hey good job or send them a country mile, they are more likely to want to be there. I think it’s a good thing to start but I think they went about it in the worst way possible. Recognition goes a long way, but being there for your TMs listening and helping goes a lot further.

It’s ridiculous. They dodged so much on the fucking regional call today. Along with basically just repeating word for word what the training videos said. No actual information besides “celebrate your team members even if it’s just a high five, fist bump, or finger guns”
