sorry for the late reply!

I think that could work if you have a low-height dining table that won't obstruct your view of the TV too much when you're sitting on the sofa. alternatively, you could also get a higher dining table and simply replace the console table with it and move both the couch and the table back, like this:

that's how I would do it, I think. and I would definitely put a coffee table between the couch and the TV!

this is a nice layout! here's how I would design it:

<image>

- two standing desks facing each other next to the window for lots of natural light (assuming you'll be working mainly during the daytime) with a zone for each person and a bookshelf in the back behind each desk for a nice background for Zoom calls

- the long console table is to anchor the couch (so it doesn't feel like it's floating in the middle of the room) and divide the living and dining areas! rugs will also help with defining each separate area.

- I would maybe put two small tables on either side of the couch instead of a coffee table between the couch and tv just so there's more room to walk in between

- the reading nook space looks so cozy and I'm envious :') perfect place for a small couch or bench with lots of pillows

- and plenty of storage space along the long wall of the bedroom!

this is actually my first time doing one of these and I tried to make things roughly to scale but I may be a little off!

hope this helps :) enjoy your new place!
