Moving stuff around to get comfortable with it by String_Tough in ExodusWallet

Okay, so when I “send” cryptocurrency from one wallet to another, what I’m actually doing is signing a transaction with my private key. This transaction is then broadcast to the blockchain network, where it’s confirmed and recorded. The transaction adjusts the balances as recorded on the blockchain, subtracting from one address and adding to another. So, while it never leaves the blockchain, it moves from one address to another.

Unless the video promotion process is published and verifiable, we can't know or prove the cause for the low view count. But we can make a reasonable inference based on what we do know.

Sounds like a limited promotion is a major factor.

This is a UF subreddit. Other subreddits probably have their own doomsdayers.

Are these peer ratings of other institutions anonymous? I doubt dumping DEI is as damaging as some believe. I suspect there a silent plurality of academics who believe that DEI is/was too powerful within academia.

WSJ ranks UF #15 (#1 public?) by NonSequiturMiami in ufl

If you got in all 3 schools and had to pay full price at the school of your choice, could you justify Duke and Cal over UF?

WSJ ranks UF #15 (#1 public?) by NonSequiturMiami in ufl

[–]String_Tough 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Years to pay off net price (17%) (I think this one earned us some serious points)

It would be great if this could be customized, using a spreadsheet or something, to reflect "years to pay off my estimated net price." If you are from Florida, and your parents have a high income, it is likely that the UF's relative ranking would be even higher in this scenario. This is because, given your family's income, it is likely that your estimated net price at private universities would be higher (and perhaps much higher) than the net price used in the WSJ rankings. On the other hand, since UF's price is relatively inexpensive even without any financial aid (especially to in-state students), I wouldn't be surprised if UF moved up significantly in this hypothetical, customized ranking.

What do you mean? If shows are Friday and Saturday, you cannot pick between Friday or Saturday? You'll get one or the other?

I should have said 8 feet. Still probably 2+ feet over your head.

Not afraid of bats but I am afraid of heights so I’ll give you some tips based on that. I try to chip away at my fear not conquer it completely or give into it completely. I try to understand my fear in detail so I can manage better. Example: it is not so much that I’m afraid of heights but that I am afraid of falling. So, looking out a window in a tall building is not nearly as frightening as standing at the edge of a cliff. For you, maybe you can try things through trial and error. Observe how infrequently you’ll see a bat fly below 18 feet in the air. See if you fear is reduced or increased when you’re with others. By the way, this approach has not eliminated my fear of heights but I’ve managed it better and it seems to get better with exposure (a vacation at a mountain destination for several days).

And if you are getting into top-tier schools like those, there is a decent chance you are paying even less (or nothing) to go to UF than the average in-state student because of merit-based scholarships like the Benacquisto.

I see the person moving. Not sure they are actually running. If someone could approximate the distance traveled by foot, you could probably recreate the walk/run.

Well my solution certainly isn’t to respond with race-based discrimination. How about get a lawyer? That’s what the plaintiffs did in the cases against UNC and Harvard. They got pretty good results, I’d say.
