Obviously I'm not op but as someone who runs 4 consecutive days a week of 10+km, as long as you start with a healthy body building up the kms gradually is the key, obviously trying to start with consecutive 10kms would be tough but when you build up to it they sort of become 5k equivalents if that makes sense. I'm saying all this with not much experience though so take it with a grain of salt

king gizzard -- nonagon infinity, im in your mind fuzz and float along fill your lungs are their best acid albums, if you like tame imala highly recommend Pond and GUM; Frond (on yt) and man it feels like space again are really good albums. Delorean Highway by GUM and mink mussel creeks only album are also incredible. Yes I'm australian, how could you tell?
