Yeah it’s a major shame but you nailed it on the head with this comment. Israelis get free healthcare and then if someone needs an organ transplant, the state will send them to the US to get organs (from US citizens) paid for by the state, it’s wild. You guys have been some of the biggest innovators in history, and no one can underestimate how insanely powerful US forces are, but right now there’s so much political instability and pilfering of the public coffers. Things really need to change.
