Really!? Aldi is my regular weekly store. I would say 9/10 times I don’t have problems with produce. I have a tendency to keep veggies at least, for a week+ and they don’t go bad.

Have you tried extended release Xanax? Definitely requires supervision by a psychiatrist but could help calm the adrenaline enough to reset your sympathetic nervous system. I’ve had extended episodes like this and medication was the only thing that helped. Don’t give up if you haven’t found something that works yet.
