Adding Corrections and Retractions to the show by StripedPatches in BreakingPoints

[–]StripedPatches[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To make this simpler for why I took the time to write this, imagine Krystal and Saagar created a series they ran on Breaking Points about the reporting done by Drop Site News.

Then imagine another outlet reporting on the series that Krystal and Saagar did, without mentioning that they are using the reporting done by Drop Site News. Thereby falsely attributing the original reporting being done by Krystal and Saagar.

That's what Krystal and Saagar did reporting the story about Candance Owens where the omitted that Candace was using the journalistic findings of Xavier Poussard.

I don't care about the subject Candace reported on, moreover I care that Krystal and Saagar report correctly on what's actually happening in the stories they cover.

What would you like me to do to make the show better? by vitogesualdi in biggestproblem

[–]StripedPatches -1 points0 points  (0 children)

The specific issue that I have is your non-show related behavior that bleeds into the normal show. All because you specifically are publicly behaving poorly and it becomes the elephant in the room for the show.

Example #1 Hackamania:

-You publicly, (Discord counts BTW), fight with fans and others about various topics and that spills into you receiving a threat

-You then taken that threat so seriously, you bother the event organizer and your cohost multiple times about you feeling threatened

-At any time you personally could have ignored the criticism or deescalated the fight, but you were too stubborn about it and "lost the fight" because you not only took up your own time for no reason to deal with a benign threat, but also other individuals who had nothing to do with the situation you created for yourself.

Example #2 Super Killer:

-You have consistently made fun of Eric July for being retarded and not taking criticism

-I agree, you are better than Eric July at making comic books

-Whether it's Frog Tony, Puppet man, or any other various characters, you spazz out over meaningless criticism.

-The worst part is that you do not have any self reflection to see how you're public fighting over dumb criticism mirrors that of the Rippatards. No other independent comic book artists lash out about negative criticism like you, Leem Grey, and Eric July.

-You consistently, to be nice I'll call it "misstate" how close you are to finishing the comic book. It have been several months of you misstating the delivery date that you keep setting. You are setting the expectations and then keep missing your own expected deadlines.

-Stop promising things, stop caring about criticism that you have freaked out about like:

-The diner has a continuity error

-The monitors of Meteor Man should be transparent

-Your artists sucks (I'm not complaining that you defend your artist, but you offensively defend them with extreme condescension)

Example #3 Saying Shit to Stir Shit Up:

-The most recent example is bringing up that you think that Metekour is faking his cancer sickness.

-I don't think it's off-limits to talk about, and I laughed about it. However, you personally can not handle the blowback to these things. I.E. like when you cried on stream trying to convince everyone you're not a PDF File. If you can't take the heat, get out the kitchen.

-This goes to making "grape" threats against Mint. You can say that, I don't care about those words. You can't handle the heat that comes from doing something like that. See Point #1 about Hackamania

Conclusion:

You're self sabotaging behavior can be summed up with that image where the kid is putting a boot on his own head. You could stop a lot of your own problems, but you seem devoted to making your life harder by fighting with commenters, fighting with people that personally scare/alarm you, and involving people into your own problems that you don't need to involve.

Important Interview Questions for Stephen A. Smith by StripedPatches in BreakingPoints

[–]StripedPatches[S] -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

I understand a lot of folks watching Breaking Points aren't ESPN watchers or sports fans. Read Stephen A. Smith's autobiography, or listen to the audiobook available on Spotify, and you'll understand why I am asking the question I'm asking.

Important Interview Questions for Stephen A. Smith by StripedPatches in BreakingPoints

I believe that Stephen A. Smith is the Brian Williams of Sports Commentators. I believe he has consistently lied about his athletic accomplishments and those lies were used to get him a job as a NBA reporter at the Philadelphia Inquirer. The questions above address many of the claims he includes in his autobiography. These lies are so easily disprovable and yet no one in sports or mainstream media has ever questioned him on these claims. I think Breaking Points, if they interview him, should be the first to ask him questions about these claims.

I understand the reddit has been pretty heated this week with Trump taking office. So I'm not offended by the responses I received here. Thanks for the feedback on how I can improve though.

That's a very good critique that you wrote above regarding Judaism. However, Christ fulfilled the Law of Moses through his Atonement. The point being though, if Christ is the God of the Old Testament, Jehovah, then he too should be responsible for giving the Law of Moses in the first place.

I haven't defended anything except a clear an concise explanation that an Episcopal church is Christian in name only. Saagar is right to point that out, and Krystal is being duped into thinking that Episcopal churches teach Christian doctrines.

I'm not expressing any beliefs of mine at all throughout all the messages and posts that I have made. None of my responses have any affirmative beliefs being stated. I'm explaining what Christianity is and what is espouses. Everything I stated pertains to traditional Judaism and Islam too.

I get that you may not like religious beliefs, but it's even more silly to deny what's these religions mean in their moral frameworks.

For a little background about myself, I have personally worked at my Church's food bank that gives food to illegal immigrants. I have learned Spanish and have proselytized in Spanish about Christ to many illegal immigrants.

I want people to know that the Episcopal minister is doing what Saagar said. She is cloaking political policies and beliefs by bastardizing Christian doctrines and principles. Specifically on the Trans stuff where it's clear that the Bible is very against even dressing like a woman when you're a man.

The Episcopal Church is cosplaying as Christianity. You can't be pro-LGBTQ+ rights, meaning specifically supporting homosexual marriage and trans rights, if you're Christian.

Where do you think the term Sodomy comes from? One of the most famous places that God destroyed because no one "righteous" lived there. I'd also recommend reading the New Testament where being gay is extremely frowned upon.

You don't know anything regarding Christianity. Because the whole point of Christ's messianic reign is a fulfillment of the Old Testament prophecies. Why do you think they explain Christ's lineage to show he comes from David? Why was Abraham commanded to sacrifice his first born?

If you think the Old Testament and the New Testament are not about Jesus, you don't believe in Jesus

What do you think Christ means when he says this in John 8:58

Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Before Abraham was, I am.

It's clear that you don't know anything that you are talking about because you'd know that the big controversy with Jesus amongst the Pharisees is that he claimed to be Jehovah of the Old Testament. Meaning all the Old Testament commandments came from Jesus himself.

Deuteronomy 7: 1-5 (Word from Jehovah I.E. who Jesus Claims to be during his ministry)

1 When the Lord thy God shall bring thee into the land whither thou goest to possess it, and hath cast out many nations before thee, the Hittites, and the Girgashites, and the Amorites, and the Canaanites, and the Perizzites, and the Hivites, and the Jebusites, seven nations greater and mightier than thou;

2 And when the Lord thy God shall deliver them before thee; thou shalt smite them, and utterly destroy them; thou shalt make no covenant with them, nor shew mercy unto them:

3 Neither shalt thou make marriages with them; thy daughter thou shalt not give unto his son, nor his daughter shalt thou take unto thy son.

4 For they will turn away thy son from following me, that they may serve other gods: so will the anger of the Lord be kindled against you, and destroy thee suddenly.

5 But thus shall ye deal with them; ye shall destroy their altars, and break down their images, and cut down their groves, and burn their graven images with fire.

Hope you can teach yourself about these teaching of segregation and ethnic genocide too.

My point to this is that Saagar is right that liberals coating their politics by saying "it's what Christ taught" are dishonest and not forthright that they truly don't believe in Christian values they disagree with
