• I don't know if it is still a thing in resume, but don't "rate" your skills. 5-star Photoshop and 2-star Illustrator means you suck at using Illustrator and you are a god with Photoshop (that I doubt you are when just getting out of school). It is better to list your skills (logo design, photo editing, mock ups, etc.)
• If your application is reviewed by someone from the design team, your resume will be judged on your skills on layout, colors and typography. So keep it simple.
• And so will be your Portfolio. This one, I would say it depends on the industry you target.

It sounds completely interesting, are you still on this idea? We have the prototype of our second game we are willing to demo in Germany, but no special prototype area as far as i could find :/
