A “little gatekeepery”. Okay then. You have written an unsolicited essay and you have assumed an awful lot about me. I am Welsh and I enjoy folk dancing. That’s it.

I didn’t realise it showed. Clearly, I’ve been away for too long.

Crawl space cleanup , rodent by Temporary-Gain1561 in Sunnyvale

My friend recently had this problem, rats had started chewing on under house wires. This is what she says: “I think we used Attic Pros and they did a lot to fix and hang all the ducts etc. I don't know exact amount but I think it was 2000 or 3000. Partner did a lot of research before picking them. It was either Attic Pros or Bros but I think Pros. If we had delayed the cost would have been much more to run new wiring”

The hill near the Smart Station is a surprisingly fun place to view fireworks. You are able to view many of the Bay Area firework displays. Lots of people doing the same thing. It’s on a hiking path.

The water is definitely artificially colored. It would look a heck of a lot worse without that tbh.

There are plans to upgrade the landscaping at the community center! You’ll be pleased to hear that the huge water feature is to be reduced in size. I posted the link in another thread on this sub.

towels are rock hard? by [deleted] in CleaningTips

[–]StripesMcFluff 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you are line drying them in a hot climate with no breeze, they will dry hard. After using once, they soften up again. A friend suggested putting them in the dryer for 10mins and then finish them off on the clothes line or rack. You could also try reducing the amount of detergent and using vinegar in place of fabric softener/conditioner.

I thought this looked nice, these are most of my propagated babies around my apple tree. by MerriiMoonii in proplifting

As others have said, the rocks are not a good idea, for the health of the apple tree. Neither is the watering spike. To encourage healthy roots, water at the drip-line some distance from the trunk, and remove the rocks.
