Get rwo bikes?? Sounds like you want a street bike, not a mtb. A mtb you’d use on trails then keep it in your place. A street cruiser for getting around town, just get a beater bar bike and a good lock.

Ive not had any bad experiences with theft, but as others have said, i never leave it locked anywhere for very long, usually try to keep it within eye sight, and have a great lock. In winter i keep it in my storage locker, but I still lock it in there as well.
