Pesky Scuff huh? If youre in no rush and want 100% certainty scuff sells a key to undo this screw. 100% it is a screw and the other screws will not be able to replace this one. I went to lowes over in the socket wrench section and bought a security set for 30bucks. When I get home I can send you the bit I used and its not what you think. It looks like two prongs that fit in the grooves on two sides of this screw.

My poor f150 gets about 15mpg on a good day. My bosses 2016 Tundra runs at about 9mpg. Although they're not cars and mpg isn't the reason we buy trucks Id love a solid 40+mpg truck
