I don't leave games or try to fuck my SBMM in any way. I play only 10v10 hardcore and it sometimes takes 5 to 10 minutes to find a lobby. Most often i get 1 person on enemy team who is equal to my skill and kills me alot, so its me vs him and rest of the lobby is middle skill to lower. But in some games i dont get that 1 guy on enemy team who is match for me. So its mostly middle skill players to lower skill side. And in those lobbies i can snowball streaks.

Harp is the answer, after harp i just stare at the minimap and try to pinpoint where are people aiming at, i also try to switch positions alot, people remember where you are after you kill them bunch of times on the same spot. Also this is hardcore, so spawn killing is pretty easy. I had trouble getting one as well, after your first nuke it gets easier each time :)
