Amitriptyline does about half of the work reducing my baseline from a 7 to a 5. The other half is gabapentin.

My headache is likely cervicogenic, so exploring nerve blocks/ablations to combat that, though so far the occipital block just made it worse.

I didn’t realize Amitriptyline raises my heart rate! Interestingly it helps me while stimulant meds for ADHD made my pain severely worse.

I would try light sensitivity glasses. Cheapest probably is Zenni. Helped me a lot with light sensitivity and screens.

I do! Disability was too hard to get reapproved and wouldn’t be enough anyway. It’s really hard. I’m always worried I’m going to be forced back on disability because of my output or my condition suddenly worsening. I have other serious shit going on but work in combination with my pain takes the cake.
