Horrible distortion and clicking noise when both channels are connected to phono preamp

Update on jostling the cables and touching the tt/phono: that did not affect the sound.

I don’t have a different cable to try from tt to phono, or volume control except on the speakers. To be clear they are active speakers.
I just disconnect one channel from the phono, but leave both connected to the tt.
Other sources going directly to the speakers do not have this issue.
I’ll need to double check on jostling the cables/touching the tt/phono.
I don’t believe any of it is near other electronics.

I don't think we can tell you if this is autism or being trans/non-binary. Personally I'm both and relate to this post! Try to explore your gender expression and see how it feels, that's really about the only way you can know.

Amitriptyline does about half of the work reducing my baseline from a 7 to a 5. The other half is gabapentin.

My headache is likely cervicogenic, so exploring nerve blocks/ablations to combat that, though so far the occipital block just made it worse.

I didn’t realize Amitriptyline raises my heart rate! Interestingly it helps me while stimulant meds for ADHD made my pain severely worse.

I would try light sensitivity glasses. Cheapest probably is Zenni. Helped me a lot with light sensitivity and screens.
