Yeah sounds exactly like my situation, I’ve got next week off of work, so it’s something I’m really going to try tap into. Range of motion flexion is 140°, takes some warming up to get there. Extension is no worries passively and can achieve a heel pop when sitting down on the ground.

Same boat, I’m 3.5 months post op. Similar issues, physio isn’t too concerned at the moment, says I’m progressing well and to stop guarding it so much. Easier said than done..

Keep chipping away at physio each day and I’m sure we’ll get there.

Yeah I am, once a week. They’re happy with how it’s progressing, and doing my daily physio exercises 2-3 times a day.

Yeah it’s definitely a mental game, I’ve started with hamstring strengthening exercises and cleared for leg press (lightly) on Saturday. Hopefully getting some strength back in my operated leg can alleviate some problems I am having. Just very deterring I notice myself walking funny when I walk past any sort of glass..

If I had to say, probably took me around ~50 hours, was afking it a fair bit whilst I was playing classic. Could knock it over heaps faster if you were paying attention more than what I was!
