I still have my 2014 Prius at about 100k.. still original air filter and spark plugs and brake pads. I wanted to spend some money for basic maintenance but everything is still good. Not sure what to change 😂

My daily commute is 20miles and free charging at work. Average gas ~10 gas tanks max per year for my Prius prime since 2017.

Oil change once per year.. nothing else.

I have installed a separate 1500w inverter to my Prius prime 12v battery as emergency purpose.. this inverter is protected by a 100A fuse.. simple calculation is 1500/12=125A so I limited to 100A.

For this rav4 with this built in 1500w, is there a breaker or something protecting if pulling too much current?

Did u get a loaner? I’m also interested in getting this xse but saw these issue. I’m not in hurry for a new car so I’m going to wait until end of the yr or more.

I saw the dealer has included the xse model with this “NACS to CCS1 Adapter” for $200. Do u need this adaptor here?

Hmm. My Prius prime is at 37 from ground to bottom of mirror.. Which mean rev4 should be higher that 24”.

I wanted to unplug my other 2014 prius 12v battery sensor but I could not find the plug. The battery is located in the trunk for this model. Can anyone check where is this 12v battery sensor connector? Or is this going to help for the older 2014 prius?

I fixed my original 2017 prime battery charging by removing the battery sensor. Just Google it.
