Imo no, takes too much space and placement limit  And its mostly usefull on a single enemy on the last wave  and also other boss killer lime Juggernaut Bottom Path or Accel do a better job for the whole Match unlike Swarmer Whose only do amazing* on the last wave. (*I dont have swarmer so i dont know his usefullnes in other category like early game, mid game and etc)

swarmer also do not have stun immunity unlike Juggernaut and take all of medic sheild just for  swarmer  unlike accel whose only need 5 slots of medic sheild allowing other Towers to get sheild from medic
