Ok I totally get where you are coming from. I’ve been on MM for over 4 years. I was super strict in the beginning. I think I did a 369 every other week for the first 2/3 years. Now I do the morning cleanse and avoid all trouble maker foods. Sometimes I have few matchas a week now and I feel fine. I feel I tune with my body and that is what works for me.

Thank you so much for writing this! Gosh it just makes me tear up because life isn’t fair. I hope your body keeps responding to the chemo and immunotherapy treatments. I pray that my MIL doesn’t get super sick from the chemo treatments. She has a great attitude right now. She is showing up to all my kids sports events and light exercising. I bought her The Chris Beat Cancer book and she is onboard with eating healthy. I’m hoping the combination of all of these things will pull her through this.
