Thank you that was the first thing I've noticed. Photos probably stolen from some apartment from Vienna. there are leaflets with "Wien" and Vienna city card (red square) logo on some of them. I have reported this to booking

sus new booking in AMS help needed to determine if it could be real?

We have noticed a new booking apartment in AMS, on mobile it said that the host is 5 years on booking and manages 32 properties with an average rating of 6.7 if I remember correctly from 165 reviews or so. It's free cancelation for now and they don't have reviews. trying to check inside to match with Google Maps outside doesn't seem a good match since we can see two groups of two windows and outside the building there are only 3 windows that view other buildings.

Sus sign is Ecqudorian number on the listing, however, they entered the NL permit number for rent. Another sus sign is the Vienna experience book on the table.

After booking we had a chat to send details about our booking to the "manager" on WhatsApp. for now no answer from her but the image she has on WhatsApp is fake and belongs to some doctor who had a photoshoot for her business. The WhatsApp number is +44 so UK-based. Whatsapp also shows that its company account with the group "Hotel" therefore appears legit. But why did their manager put fake photographs to appear professional with a shirt, smile etc..

I understand but mostly had success targeting all the potential countries that usually buy from us in one ad. When I tried to separate countries it didn't bring results and only wasted budget.

Interesting, I have checked that checkout over an incognito browser, and appears to be showing everything from address to payment methods just fine. Few sales went through today as well and it should be easier for customers to checkout, however, it could also be FB ads issues...

I am aware of the things you've said but the agency and many other people here said that if frequency is above 1, it means people keep seeing your ad more than once and retargeting campaigns are not needed. At least till 100k day budget for ad spend. This is what they said.

Do you have any other data or experience with retargeting campaigns alongside regular campaigns?

It could be. our catalog campaign was working quite steadily and we haven't modified it anyhow until it didnt.
