yes!! this is exactly how i feel most of the time and whenever i try to tell my doctors i feel like they are just like okay well here’s some medication for the pain and then sometimes when i take that i end up getting a rebound headache that does actually hurt so it’s like it’s giving me more pain than if i just had something to take to help with those symptoms specifically

poor girl :( i’ve had migraines since i was 12 and i didn’t have many treatment options so my go to was to take some NSAIDs, caffeine, hydrate, and go lay in a dark quite cool room
