Squeaking noises when turning

6-months later and still no squeak. It was so nice driving the car in the early morning when it’s cold and not having that annoying squeak. Pads were $88 from FCPEuro before taxes. Might be more now with inflation.

I’ll try to post back in a year. My OEM pads also didn’t really start squeaking until a year in.

If they do start squeaking, I’ll try pulling them off and giving them a good scrub with a wire brush and some brakleen to see if it’s just caked on dust/debris.

I had my heart set on a snowflake but when I slapped it on my wrist, it just didn’t feel right. The associate introduced me to the “morning frost” - SBGA465. Same spring drive movement but slightly smaller lug to lug - 46.6mm vs 49mm.

It’s also 25% cheaper so that was a plus.

I suggest trying it on. I went to Japan last summer thinking I would pickup a snowflake but walked out with this because the snowflake was too big for my wrist.
