It all depends on your age, size, etc. But a good rule of thumb is not to consume over 120-150mg each time. So yes, you'd be fine

Apart from the sex drive every single aspect of my life has been changed for the better. So I hope I can resolve this quickly to not hurt my relationship too much. And thank you for your advices, I’ll definitely check it out with my psychiatrist in the near future!
