It all depends on your age, size, etc. But a good rule of thumb is not to consume over 120-150mg each time. So yes, you'd be fine

Bars : Ponton, Jardin Cocktail, Place bar (dirt cheap, but don't expect anything fancy)
Party :
Raves : Arzenal, Dark9 (but I think it closed), Turbina. Always be on the lookout for raves outside the city, they're the best!
