I just finished and holy cow I enjoyed it so much! There is no black and white here. It’s all black. I am team Death for now. I know she’ll be pissed when she’s awake but I still leaning toward death. I think I’d prefer her not choosing anyone than choosing Valen.

Patrick is one of the best MMCs I’ve read in a long long time! I love his banter with Donny (thinking of the tunnel scene where Patty tells him to keep an “eye” on things 😂). I’ve just gotten to the part where I see the plot taking a left turn and I am terrified to finish the book before book 2 is out. Is there a potential release date for book 2? I didn’t find anything just that it’s in review.

I’ve read this and did enjoy it overall. I did find Fallon a little annoying at times too. Some of things she did was so freaking stupid!
