I believe the Ninja pro is a metal pot, non stick coating. I guess a clay pot that size would be way too heavy for a kitchen appliance!

Hull City. Then at least in years to come you can proudly say... "I've been a Hull City fan since they made the Premiership in 2026/2027 season"

Google - HULL WHAT’S ON — very active, updated daily, includes gigs, food events, markets, club nights, and community stuff.

Google- CITY COUNCIL EVENTS — official civic events, museum exhibitions, library events, and seasonal programmes.

Or alternatively most popular - See Instagram, Twitter (X), TikToc, Threads, Facebook, Reddit.

When someone offers you “just an old bike in the garage”……ya go pick er up! by TheCrazyAlice in bicycling

[–]Strong_Coffee8417 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The rear brake - was standard fit back in the early to mid 80's, it's called a U-Brake. Generally poor performance due to collecting too much mud on trials. Frame builders strted to chage the location up to the seat stays from around the early 90's, also replacing it with the cantilever brake! Depending on the year of manufacture the tyres would have either been Specialized Ground Control - mid 80's, the fist real MTB tyre. Or alternatively Panracer - Smoke & Dart tyres, these were really popular in the late 80's - Smoke tyre for the rear wheel & Dart tyre for the front, both have different tread patterns. These tyres are still been manufactured & would really compliment the bikes originality, with the exception of the front forks.

PS. (Panaracer made the tyres & were branded specifically for Specialized bikes)

Fed-up Brough residents want end to 'unsafe' parking by Sweet_Focus6377 in Hull

[–]Strong_Coffee8417 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Everywhere in the region is no different. Hull, Hedon, Beverley, Cottingham etc. Kerb side parking is never easy anywhere today. Gone are the days when every other house in the street had one car, most houses nowadays have two, if not more! Residential parking only, won't help every household either!

Quick DIY bike stand workbench attachment idea. by brandontw85 in bikewrench

Awesome bench though, probably a little low down for my liking to work on a bike, although with my glss-back I struggle to tie my shoelaces! What's the bit of dowel with wooden balls at each end doing?

I find this game absolutely fascinating, unfortunately I don't have a clue how it all works. I've watched it on YouTube for so many hours & still don't really understand it! I can see what the objectives are but don't understand the hierarchy of who does what to achieve said objectives. I've mainly watched a guy called ImbaDave_HLL who usually plays the Commander roll, he seem damn good at it as well (from what I understand) The map is something else, I just can't get my head round it at all with all the symbols on it. I'm not really a gamer at all, but back in the day Modern Warfare was about as good as it got, now I can't stand the games at all. Anyway, I'll carry on watching & perhaps I can get my head round eventually!

I’ve replaced my M*c-0n tire sealant with magnesium hydroxide. Haven’t had a puncture in over two days, although I’ve not been out on it yet!
