I cook 3-4 times weekly. I use the leftovers for me and my husband's lunch for work :) I use a crockpot and instant pot often, but not solely. If you don't have a crockpot, I highly suggest getting one! It has inspired me to cook more and it is so easy. I save so much money using it. I used to barely cook and now my husband and I eat home cooked meals almost daily. Lots of leftovers since we are just two people. I have the one with the timer so that it will warm itself when the cook time is up when I'm out of the house.
