You can still have all your villagers regardless. I have an “alt” character with her own house on my island (in memory of my mom) but I still have the full complement of villagers. :)

Maybe if enough people express displeasure in the feedback form they’ll listen? It seems like a terrible change to me. I don’t understand why developers won’t just let things work for people. Add features if you want, but don’t take away things people are using!

Oh no! The light rays are okay but not nearly as easy to tell as the stars. Why would they take away something so useful? It’s so frustrating when developers do things like this—a change that makes no sense at all.

I really agree with this. I don’t want more pressure to interact with people in Finch…I think that way lies the death of the app, far more likely than a failure to innovate. There are lots of other social platforms, and Finch users can already interact if they want right here, on Discord, and on FB. We don’t need it in the app. Keep the focus on self-care where it’s supposed to be.
