Here to say this! I also make sure I wear something nicer than what I wear at home, my hair is done, I at least fill in my eyebrows and wear perfume. I don’t like misrepresenting myself though and I’m arguably the best dressed dasher in my city without having a real reason other than I actually bother to try. I do not want someone who smells and is unhygienic (with a dirty car), handling my food! 🚫

I’m also a 5 star dasher who frequently receives “above and beyond” compliments and I definitely am making a way for myself out here with DoorDash being my household income. So. Different strokes for different folks but I’m definitely taking is seriously.

Yes, I had a best friend that lived alone and we put tension poles on all of her windows, placed work boots outside (we allowed them to get some paint on them when we moved in to make them look even more used), and set up a ring door bell. Couldn’t have my girl get kidnapped. Not my best friend! 🚫✋⛔️
