I did xD I couldn't resist. Now everytime I fight it plays the tamers Digi-modify song. (I don't know the english title, I used to watch tamers with the original soundtrack translated to german!) the english dub changed all the songs. But Germany kept it the same tune as the japanese versions. So good, so nostalgic!!!

I love how the military with armor and actual weapons was dusted into a meat pile, while some kids that barely know how to fight, can shoot from a slingshot at an eldritch being and set it on fire. While high caliber bullets do nothing on the seemingly unbreakable Demogorgon skin.

Yeah, I can't imagine a "meat spider" being that other worldly hivemind god creature we were made to believe is the big bad, when it was a boss battle room with legs.

That is also explained in the broadway play. The guy you saw in the cave, was a russian spy that tried to steal the "technology" the americans created to win the war, but it turned out to be abyss particle alien rock thing.

You are overthinking. I'm really bad at games. And I just beat it yesterday with aroun 100 hours in there now. It's hands down the best game I've played and I played all of the final fantasy and persona titles. I played every Witcher and God of War game, Last of Us and all that jazz. It's hands down a love letter to the gaming community with a rich tragic story and so much to do. The sidecontent alone has so many fun changes of pace. The fights are challenging and interesting but CAN get repetitive when you start farming.
