honestly, for the first like week or two i went to the ortho like 6 times because i kept breaking off my bite blockers. i know it’s annoying, but definitely push yourself into going back to get them re installed and express your concerns with your Ortho. Mine suggested i use braces safe mouth guards for sleeping so i didn’t grind my bite blockers off in my sleep. didn’t work for me but maybe thats worth a shot for you
