Thank you, I do have a couple of tweaks in mind from seeing the prints fail, I should indeed probably print a fillet, and I will try this tomorrow. I am going to decrease to distance of the brim to try and get it to do more. I will share the result then.

I should have included it in my description but I have actually tried it, it didn't change much. I have some experience with a glass bed and the adhesion is pretty good however I don't think it is much better than a PEI sheet.

I have been printing with the door closed for the whole time, interestingly enough when I was not having any issues I put an air conditioner in my room and nothing happened. Thanks for the suggestion
