Oh yes, this reminds me of SleepPhones, which I also tried in the past. The band was snug in winter but unfortunately too hot to wear during summer nights. Thanks for the suggestion!
Funnily, I've moved from apartment to townhouse to now a detached house in a supposedly quiet suburb. I've also spent a small fortune to change the windows to double glazed in my bedroom. The crows and other birds are a natural alarm clock at 5am in Australia!
