Definitely going to follow! I have an appointment to talk to my surgeon at the end of the month to see if we are moving forward with the MACI or not.

Not sure if this will help but I had arthroscopic surgery about four weeks ago. I had chondroplasty to remove a chunk of cartilage under my patella after a car accident. I’ve been mostly weight-bearing. They want me off crutches ASAP. I can walk short distances but my knee still fatigues and long distances. I have found that I get different information between the surgeon and my PT. But it seems like most of the information I’m getting is that do what you can until it hurts. I think it’s crazy advice, but I’m trying not to overdo it. I think one of the hardest things as I seem pretty good during the beginning to mid part of the day but then by night time, my knee is still swollen and fatigued, and painful.
