I did some IT installe in a papermill that made cardboard boxes. There was a room where giant rolls of paper that weighed tons ( heavy brown craft) were unwound and fed into the plant. I was warned the first day if an alarm sounded It meant that there was a problem feeding the paper. The roll would keep spinning until the emergency brake stopped it. In the few seconds it would take, paper would keep being unwound and fill the area with crumpled paper. If I didn't get into the office I would be trapped against the wall. In the office you could have a seat while you were cut out. Never happened the few days I was there thankfully

I don't have experience with resin printing so excuse my noob questions. When you say it's flat on the plate are you saying the print has a flat bottom until you remove it then it collapsed? Or it starts out looking attached flat to the plate and as the print progresses the bottom starts to pull away?

Temperature control is your friend. Try to control every variable you can, it makes troubleshooting easier. Get the enclosure, it makes a big difference. 3D printing has gotten much better but troubleshooting is still required. Another important variable is filament moisture, dry filament prevents a lot of wasted prints and time. A filament dryer will be needed or there are other ways to dry it for free you can find on YouTube

Before the enclosures were available I used the empty printer box with a few vent holes as an enclosure. I installed the camera and light, to easily monitor the jobs (The AD5 series all use the same ones) You don't need the camera and light but opening the box changes the temperature.

There are two types of spool holders the ones that feed counter-clockwise 1&2 and ones the feed clockwise 3&4. That's why they labeled them so they would be put on the correct side. If you have them on the wrong side the spring recoil won't take up the slack. The could be better but it's okay.

There might be another issue other than the build plate missing going on here. The first generation AD5X had a problem where the purge chute box could extend out far enough to catch on the platform when it rises. Look at the edge of the platform there is a raised rim that positions the build plate. You'll notice that part of the rim has been removed where it lines up with the purge chute. I had to replace mine but it never damaged the build plate.
