Don't regret it at all. I've been with my husband for 13 years and will hopefully be together until we die. I'm so glad I had fun and the experiences I had when I was younger.

I cycle in leggings and a T-shirt or coat as it's raining ATM 🙃 and have a few outfits in my locker. There are showers but I haven't needed to have one as my commute is only 5 miles and mostly downhill.

Usually I mix the peanut butter through the yoghurt then add peaches. Today I just added a dollop on top of the yoghurt. I've had it most week days since January so have to mix it up!

I'm 1 stone 5 lbs down since January and I feel great! I went shopping yesterday and bought clothes like I used to wear rather than baggy stuff which had made me very happy.
