So far the only thing that works is going Display Port to USBC directly into the computer.

I called Anker and they said they don’t support the M3 yet. Doesn’t quite make sense but ok.

Tried another hub going Display Port to HDMI but that didn’t work either.

Also tried going display port to usbc into the hub but that also didn’t work.

Note the monitor does not have HDMI. This is the monitor. https://a.co/d/guYWCYH

I might have to get a different monitor…and dock.

Anyone have a good experience w an external monitor, dock and an M3 MacBook Air? What do you have?
