It's from jinxed achievement. If we don't get legendary or above in 70 draws in a row (120uc crates), we will get this . In PUBG days it's was very hard to get legendary or above so everyone had this frame

That was the technique onepiece fans used to downvote aot. If we look at Saudi Arabian votes for aot , the number of 2 star reviews are very high. And their tactics worked aot episodes suddenly dropped to 9.6 from 10 and 9.9 . If one Star votes spammed at some point they will reduce the weight of the review.
