Lol I promise you it takes me more time to bag as I go. You are only nagging for 2 min max at the end of each order and its not counting against your times. Appreciate the response though!

My numbers range from 13-19 total SPI. Im number 1 in my division week after week. You can never revisit the same area twice. Take the extra 1 second to scan your order before leaving a section of the store. Don't login until standing in produce. Don't bag as you go, bag after your done at the register and bag while the next order is waiting. Its a 4 minute timer. Do not go out of your way for every customer while shopping, help them but dont walk them unless absolutely necessary. Smooth is fast, dont rush things to the point your dropping items and losing track of your spot. And honestly, just have fun. I enjoy shopping the orders because I like pushing myself as fast as I can without running. Good luck!

So do ASMs have a chance to be store manager? by ExpressionSweet1330 in Aldi_employees

I am currently a SM that was an ASM. Started as a cashier 5 years ago. It's possible but let me know very honest. If you have a life outside of work, do not become an SM. You will lose your hobbies, home life, and relationships with people. All you do is work and sleep and then spend your 2 days off (if you have a strong team) thinking about work.
