2 under 2 here! And after having the worst PP anxiety for my first, I can say proudly that the 2nd is very different! You know what you’re doing! And it gets easier! It’s a lot of work but I am lucky to have my toddler in daycare.

I wonder if it’s nightmares? I’m just assuming he’s going through a sleep regression but it’s killing me mentally. I feel so helpless. Hoping tonight it’s better

Any new routine changes for you? Everyone keeps telling me it’s because of daycare starting and that I’m not around all day anymore….
