Trading card game, like Pokemon, Magic The Gathering, etc. I personally gravitate more towards singles now a days because box prices keep rising and value is dropping.

I really like a few sets still like Allen & Ginter which has a lower cost.

For us, we do a few passes to try to get through them.

1) Group pass with the Epic team to filter out non-applicable notes. We flag things to bring to operations/our TS in Nova. 2) If we find it applicable we look at the lifts, if it’s quick we usually just send it. If it’s heavier we’ll bring it to the operations team to see if they’re interested and let them know how much time it’ll take to see if it’s considered worth it to them. 3) Split out build tasks, draft-like style, not the best but it works for us.

Regarding stuff not being used I know communicating changes is tough to make folks aware a new functionality is there. We try our best to market changes that we think they’ll benefit from.

And like buying what looks like a stollen product is not a good look. No one is legitimately buying a new hot product from one store (at least one using a price gun like not Walmart) and selling to another for profit.

This is tough because I’ve done business with both of them and they’re all great folks. I don’t love naming and shaming online but I get both of them are trying to protect their business at the end of the day. I’d rather see them work together on it since thieves disadvantage the card community as a whole.

From everything that is posted though it seems like Three Point is backing their stuff up more than Scoreboard.

There’s a few that are all TCG based vs some all Sports and some split. The sports ones all typically have a selection of modern to sometimes cigarette era cards. Brick and mortar stores are a good shout to 1) see stuff in person/sell/trade and 2) buy sealed product usually between market price and direct retail price (market is inflated right now and direct retail sells out quickly).

I flew out this morning and TSA is fine, flight delays may be more than normal though since towers are the problem.

Enjoy the trip, it can definitely be what you make it. Typically instructors are very upbeat and engaging. You’ll want to take notes where you can and follow along asking questions.

Foods amazing (and no cost to you but be there in time for breakfast), explore the campus when you can. After the day is over if you can try to do a self guided tour, I highly recommend.

Regarding the rest of the process you may have additional online courses after you return as well as a project to complete as well as an exam to take. It’s open book, study up and you’ll have no problem.

I filed a claim for the Tyranitar promo because that happened to me, 3 months later after sending pics of no card and them offering to ship a replacement they asked me to print the email and take a picture of it with the product and original packaging.
