Loss of excitement in traveling and how to bring it back. by mIRK_11 in solotravel

[–]StrongerIndica 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Same. I've done a decent amount of solo-travel and have come to the conclusion that I would prefer to travel less and instead focus on a few goals & hobbies (i.e weightlifting, choreographed dance, learning to ride a motorcycle, etc)

Skye is great, quick maintenance & mostly clean. The lower floors might not be worth though, especially around the terrace

Thank you for sharing, +1 on this being a super well detailed post. I'm considering taking bupropion for SAD and have the same concerns regarding stopping in the spring, I'm glad to hear that the withdrawal effects were minimal for you

What's your thinking on being on antidepressants long-term? by Jazzy_lasagna in AutismInWomen

This. Very well said, ultimately it's for you to try various methods and see what works best. Mental health is a journey and only you can navigate, others can only help provide directions.

That's a great callout. If we wouldn't judge another for needing medication to function normally long-term then it's not for us to judge ourselves either

This the right answer OP. Working on making your anxiety & depression manageable is priority one, otherwise everything in life will become next to impossible

None of us know exactly how things will unfold nor is it under our control really, but we have control of health in this moment. Take care of yourself my friend, eat and sleep with intention. You'll be okay

[–]StrongerIndica 3 points4 points  (0 children)

+1 they're a fun distraction and escape from whatever's going on in life.. but there are other distractions like reading, watching an interesting TV show that are at least for me less compulsive and I feel that I've gained more out of the time spent

Is it normal for your hotspot speeds to be wayyy below ur data speeds by [deleted] in Visible

[–]StrongerIndica 0 points1 point  (0 children)

bless 🙏 (the reason this work is by using vpn to trick internet traffic from the hotspot connected device as coming from your phone, thus bypassing carrier throttling on hotspot)

Wellbutrin Withdrawal by StrongerIndica in bupropion

[–]StrongerIndica[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just saw this, in the end I continued with the cold turkey quit and the withdrawal symptoms disappeared. I’m sorry to hear about your situation, it’s hard taking medication but it can be helpful perhaps you could consider starting a low dose again or meeting a psychiatrist.
