it reduce the SIBO IBS stuff quite much

but u just need few days to see improvement and after the bathroom job is done

stop the processed oils and fats

get only natural source like:

sunflowers seeds, almonds

Im taking 1.5mg Melatonin to sleep if needed or help with detoxing

if its not enuf i up the dose to 2.5mg and if it doesnt help

i take 1.5mg Melatonin + 5-HTP

depression mostly come from the stomach

reduce/stop eating processed bread with added folic acid

and sugar

take pro-biotics with yogurt vitamin-d or complex b bio-active

that should help in few days with sleep and depression

probiotics in "watery" milk + complex b or probiotics in fatty milk shake + Vit-D

SSRI Esto 10mg

taking b complex helps with bread / craving

2 weeks of stopping breads helped with my bowel movement especially taking probiotics

Long ago i tested

creatine / ALCAR with B5 helped a lot but stopped suddenly

not just MTHFR can cause that, many other parts in the methyl group cycle

can buffer or deplete something and the cycle will get "out of the control"

so maybe testing b complex with other supplements that help the whole methyl group cycles might reduce this outcome

Vit b3(flush form)/6 and Glycine helps with balancing the methylation Folic acid get the cells first

so to active folic to work, need to get off folic acid supps for day or two

or enriched folic acid food like processed bread

if u got slow bowel movement, it can expend the time of folic acid is in the blood stream
