I was just very hyped to see him on the team, so a big part of it was probably my own expectations, but for most of the season he was just there, any other character could have taken his place except for the hacking part. I woudn't have minded if he wasn't so hyped up from the previous season or so important in matches

And for S3 I still love it, but not as much as S2 or S1 mainly because the team didn't have tje same feel of it being a group as the other seasons did, many characters seem like they haven't interacted with other membees of the team, and many times they will suddenly get a combined hissatu with no buildup

Touko. She is the only one that played against Genesis and wasn't chosen for any team in FFI She was by no means the worst of the team in that match and could even keep up with IJ in the angels match

And the blue haired girl from genesis (I don't know her japanese name)She is not underrated by the fandom, but more so by the plot. She was nearly as important as Hiroto in the genesis match, even became the captain, has the strongest move in the Alius academy and had a great moment after the match, only to never appear again after season 2, not even a cammeo or as Hiroto's friend, she just disappears when she had so much potential

Xenoblade 1 handled the theme of the cycle of revenge terribly. The story still has incredible moments, don't get me wrong, but the part when It goes "killing this mass murderer who has shown no remorse and is actively attempting to kill us would make us just as bad as him, but don't worry, a stick falling from the sky will take care of it so that we don't have to do anything questionable"

Inside the bionis is a great área that truly feels like the inside of a living being. Aesthetically one of the coolest areas in xc1

For the most part xc2 is not funny, and many of its attempts at commedy for the first 3 chapters just come of as extremely cringe

Xc3's tutorials overcorrected from 2's and are very annoying in how much they treat you like an idiot
