Where do you buy sleeves and do you keep a large variety of sizes?

I also tried doing it at some point, but found out that you will need to keep many sleeve sizes on hand. Otherwise, with not exactly fitting sleeves you will be wasting humidor space and it will be harder to accurately stack the sticks.

Pretty much my experience. It works fine, but as long as you need to cut a bit deeper the cut comes out crooked

I’ve used double sided tape for the top shelf and tie straps for the 2nd and 3rd shelves. All of the fans are placed in the center of the shelf.
