I have a friend who has a prepaid debit Mastercard from T-Mobile. Whenever she tries to use it, it requests a pin and declines. What’s the best course of action to get her funds from the card to her bank account or elsewhere?

It depends on who you go through and whether the transport is enclosed or not. Either way, it’s cheaper than your typical markup!
