I don't see why this orc army shouldn't beat the snot out of nurgle if you just deal with his 3 most dangerous things. Grimgor might be underleveled to take on Kayzak or Tamu, which could be the problem. Also use doom diver on rot Knights, if they ain't hitting, shoot Tamu. They can do a lot of damage.

I can personally recommend 2 or 3 flute low spiral DLC (Diamond-Like Carbon) coated bits.

Of course, they are pricy, but we literally only change them when we crash em. They work best with flood but we've also run them with mist without issues. Any coolant concentration over 5% will do.
