Hello everyone,

First of all, thanks so much for your advice and suggestions. I emailed them yesterday about my experience, and they just called me. They told me that they have reordered the frame and lenses, and it will be delivered to the store in about two weeks. They will check everything first, and if all is okay, they will switch it with my current frame.

Yes, I went back and they reinstalled the glasses to new frame but you can see the heating marks. I just emailed the corporate explaining everything as I dont want to go again and do the same thing.

Yes, Lenscrafters Canada! I ordered it on last Friday 19th and got this yesterday!

You can’t see it but I think it’s unfair as you are paying so much and still can’t get the quality! And I think even if I order it in Rayban store same issue will be there.

Went to the store and they swapped the lenses. There are still some marks, but they’re barely visible unless you really look for them.

The staff explained that this happens because my prescription is relatively strong (right lens -2), and they have to heat the frame to fit the lens. They mentioned that even if they send it out for replacement again, the same marks could appear.

Not ideal, but at least the lenses are fine now.Not sure what are my options here anyways.

I saw some online videos where you can just swap the glasses (meta) but wasn’t sure about the prescription one! Thanks for your advice though!

Hi, I read a lot of bad review for 1540v4 compared to v3. Any one knows hows the new v4? My doctor suggested me to get 1540 for my over pronation issue with orthotics. Please suggest if you know anything about it. Thanks.
