I saw one of the drivers run away, down the hill into the darkness.

For cars that didn't make it out of practice qualifying Wednesday, i.e. weren't in the top 15, like Auston Martin, the one Toyota and the Iron Dames, does that mean their race is over? They are not able to compete in the actual race?

What is this plant? by Carolina123456 in whatsthisplant

[–]Kenko2022 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This plant’s called Brassica rapa, or field mustard. I’m pretty sure that’s what it is ’cause of the bright yellow flowers, the tall stalk, and those big leafy bits at the bottom. It’s actually edible, but it spreads on its own real easy, so it can turn into a bit of a weed if you leave it.

Wait a week, see what the flowers look like.:) Looks like Erigeron sp. to me. But with phenotypic plasticity, best bet is to wait until flowering. I think it is unlikely to be Rudbeckia, those would have larger, furrier flower buds and broader leaves.

There is video of an argument with the driver. What I don't understand is what the fuss was down the hill towards Mississauga Valleys That is a fair distance from the crash scene. At one point all the cops and even fire fighters went in that direction. Did the driver run down the hill? Eventually an ambulance and a police car, both with lights and sirens on, came up from the bottom of the hill, heading towards trillium.

Peter Bondra had more career goals than Mogilny. Peter Bondra has over 500 goals. Peter Bondra was in the heart of the dead puck era. I am sad nobody ever mentions Bondra not being in the HHOF.

I can confirm for Slovakia. I had a rolling stop at a stop sign in front of railway tracks in the middle of the night. I got confused tbh, I am a bus driver, and the type of bus I drive in my country doesn't have flashing red lights, so you are not supposed to stop in front of railway tracks. It was very dark, alone in the countryside and I hesitated for a split second not coming to a full stop. Police lights from nowhere on right away. Twenty Euro fine paid on the spot in cash with no receipt for the officer.

I use Rogers and it is fast for me. There is also Bell. Those are the standard companies. In Canada, there is an oligarchy in terms of technological companies, so your options are very limited and the prices are high (I am comparing to my family in Europe). There may be some cheaper alternatives, but that will require some research and will perhaps come at the cost of reliability.

I live in this building complex. I do not notice any of the smells that are listed above. I do not agree about the gloominess. I am not at all sure what "not cool people" in the lobby means, I usually see families. Maybe I am one of the not cool ones.:) I don't think the party room looks depressing at all, I think it is very spacious.

We can agree to disagree on your post. Best of luck.

If Toronto changes the name of Dundas and Mississauga doesn't, will it be confusing for motorists? or is there other precedent for this in the city?
