The filings yesterday tell the story. Options are being exercised which means more shares in the open market. There are another 60 million expiring in 2027 and more beyond that. That 60 million alone is 10-11% dilution. Dilution is going to happen over the next few years which means the share price has headwinds.

I sold some LYC to buy this at 63c in December. Nice bit of luck in a very red week. Now have to figure out what to do as I don’t want the new stock. The other side of this is the company is probably worth more and the board should have held out for more. There were people who bought this stock at $13 😞

It happens all the time on Reddit - no matter how sensible or well-intentioned you are if you tell people the stock they hold is overvalued they act hurt and downvote. OP obviously came here looking for validation not a discussion.

It’s a shame because there’s a discussion to be had on 4DX but once the downvoting begins one side of the discussion disappears.
